Staining or change of color by sweat or body secretion is a manifestation of TEMPUP’s functionality andwe do not accept returns or exchange request by this pheonomenon
- It is important to wear it constantly for a substantial amount of time & TEMPUP products must be in direct contact with your skin tightly. It is not recommanded to wear TEMPUP products in sweaty or hot condition due to possible appearance of red spots, itching or light fever
- When experiencing red spots, itching or light fever, it is advisable to adjust its wearing time by taking it off for a while and then reapplying it after cooling off your skin. TEMPUP products are mainly made of Acrylic fabric and it is necessary to use after skin test for customers who are allergic or sensative skin type
- The time period when the effect of the product function appears are variable depending on individuals’ condition & pathology.
The pain relieving effect appears in 1-3 weeks and it takes 1-3 months to recognize signs of improvement in case of chronic diseases - TEMPUP products are highly antimicrobial & odor absorbent, so it is not advisable to wash it too often and special care must be taken according to the laundry precautions above
