Staining or change of color by sweat or body secretion is a manifestation of TEMPUP’s functionality andwe do not accept returns or exchange request by this pheonomenon
- It is important to wear it constantly for a substantial amount of time & TEMPUP products must be in direct contact with your skin tightly. It is not recommanded to wear TEMPUP products in sweaty or hot condition due to possible appearance of red spots, itching or light fever
- When experiencing red spots, itching or light fever, it is advisable to adjust its wearing time by taking it off for a while and then reapplying it after cooling off your skin.
